- margarine, softened - 1/2 lb
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- sharp cheese, grated - 1/2 lb
How to make cheese wafers:
Mix margarine and cheese thoroughly. Blend in flour. Shape into roll, about the diameter of a quarter. Chill overnight. Slice wafers 1/4-inch thick. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes, or until lightly browned.Recipe categories: Desserts, Lunch/snacks, Sauces.
