Ingredients/Components
- milk
- margarine - 1/4 c
- 5 oz
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped celery - 1 c
- thinly sliced carrots - 1 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- can cream-style corn - 1 oz
- chopped cabbage - 2 c
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
- sliced onions - 1 c
How to make cheese vegetable chowder:
Melt margarine in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add cabbage, onions, celery and carrots. Cook and stir 8 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
