Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- grated extra sharp cheese - 1/2 lb
- to 5 slices buttered bread - 4 item
How to make cheese souffle:
Cut buttered bread into finger shaped pieces with buttered side up and fit into buttered baking dish, put cheese over bread. Then mix other ingredients and pour into dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 3 to 4.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Cheese, Low Carb.
