Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3/4 c
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- Velveeta cheese - 8 oz
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- to 10 medium potatoes - 6 item
How to make cheese potatoes:
Peel and dice potatoes. Cook in boiling water until soft (not too soft). Put in ovenware bowl; add milk, butter, cheese, salt and pepper. Bake at 350° for 15 to 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
