  • sour cream - 16 oz
  • corn flakes - 2 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • small onion - 1 item
  • stick butter or margarine - 1 item
  • sharp Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • Ore-Ida hash brown potatoes - 1 item

How to make cheese potatoes:

Mix potatoes, sour cream, soup, onion and 1/2 melted butter, cheese, salt and pepper. Put in glass dish (spray with nonstick spray). Top with remaining butter and crushed corn flakes. Bake 50 minutes at 350°.
