- can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes and chiles - 1 item
- Healthy Choice nonfat cheese
- baked low-fat Tostitos - 1 pkg
How to make cheese dip:
Cube cheese. Place in a 2-quart microwavable bowl. Add can of tomatoes and chiles. Cook on High for 2 minutes. Stir and cook 2 more minutes. When cheese is melted, serve with chips. This is very good and has little or no fat calories.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Cheese.
