Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• cream cheese - 12 oz
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• sour cream
• pinch of salt - 1 item
• lemon juice - 2 tsp

How to make cheese cake:

Topping:1 c. sour cream3 Tbsp. sugar1 tsp. vanilla Mix all the cake ingredients with mixer and pour into an unbaked graham cracker shell. Bake this for 25 minutes at 350°. Let cool.

Mix the topping by hand until well blended. Spread this over pie, then put back into oven for 10 minutes at 350°.
