  • sugar - 1 c
  • cream cheese - 1 lb
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 3 c
  • flour - 4 Tbsp
  • butter - 4 Tbsp
  • egg yolks - 4 item
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • egg - 1 item
  • egg whites beaten stiff - 4 item

How to make cheese cake:

Crust:1/4 c. sugar4 Tbsp. butter1 c. flour1 egg1/2 tsp. baking powder pinch of salt Mix crust by hand and press into bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.

Mix cream cheese, sugar and egg yolks until creamy. Add flour and vanilla. Slowly add milk while mixing. Fold in beaten egg whites. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Top with cherry or blueberry pie filling and serve.
