Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs
- sugar - 1/4 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1/4 tsp
- pkg
- sour cream - 1 c
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- vanilla or lemon juice - 1 tsp
How to make cheese cake:
Filling:2 1/2 lb. pkg. cream cheese1/2 c. sugar3 eggs1 tsp. vanilla or lemon juice1 c. sour cream1/4 c. sugar1/4 tsp. vanilla Mix cream cheese in electric mixer; add 1/2 cup sugar, eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla or lemon juice. Place on crumbs. Bake at 375° for 20 or 25 minutes. Top with remaining ingredients. Cool in refrigerator. (I use a 9-inch round pan.)Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, < 60 mins.
