Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- boiling water - 1 c
- 8 oz - 2 pkg
- envelope Knox unflavored gelatine - 1 item
- 9-inch graham cracker crust
How to make easy cheesecake:
In large bowl, mix gelatine with sugar. Add boiling water and stir until dissolved. Using electric mixer, beat in cream cheese and vanilla until smooth. Pour into pie crust and chill until firm.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, Eggs/dairy.
