sugar - 1/4 c
vanilla - 1 tsp
flour - 1 c
egg yolks - 2 item
lemon juice
egg yolk - 1 item
heavy whipping cream - 1/4 c
stick butter, softened - 1 item
Filling:5 8 oz
eggs plus - 4 item

How to make cheese cake:

Mix together; place on bottom of spring pan and bake at 400° approximately 8 minutes.Filling:5 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 3/4 c. sugar3 Tbsp. flour4 eggs plus2 egg yolks1 tsp. vanilla1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice1/4 c. heavy whipping cream Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth. As soon as crust is baked 8 minutes, pour filling into spring pan and bake at 450° for 12 minutes. Reduce to 300° and bake another 60 minutes. When finished baking, cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate.
