Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- egg yolks - 2 item
- lemon juice
- egg yolk - 1 item
- heavy whipping cream - 1/4 c
- stick butter, softened - 1 item
- Filling:5 8 oz
- eggs plus - 4 item
How to make cheese cake:
Mix together; place on bottom of spring pan and bake at 400° approximately 8 minutes.Filling:5 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 3/4 c. sugar3 Tbsp. flour4 eggs plus2 egg yolks1 tsp. vanilla1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice1/4 c. heavy whipping cream Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth. As soon as crust is baked 8 minutes, pour filling into spring pan and bake at 450° for 12 minutes. Reduce to 300° and bake another 60 minutes.
