Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- granulated sugar - 1 c
- pkg - 8 oz
- can Pet milk - 1 item
- lemon jello, dissolved in 1 c - 1 pkg
- grated rind of 1 lemon and the juice of the lemon
How to make cheese cake:
Mix cream cheese, sugar, lemon and vanilla together until creamy. Pour jello into this mixture and blend together. Pour 1 can chilled (very cold) Pet milk into large mixing bowl and whip until very stiff, then fold jello mixture into the whipped Pet milk.Previously line a large size Pyrex dish (rectangular) with graham cracker crumbs, mixed with a little butter to form a crust. Pour mixture into a dish and sprinkle top with graham cracker crumbs. Let stand in refrigerator 24 hours or at least overnight. Cut in squares and top with cherry, if desired.
