sugar - 1/2 Tbsp
salt - 1/2 tsp
heavy cream
vinegar - 1 Tbsp
ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp
light mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
whole celery seed - 1/2 tsp
packed shredded cabbage approximately 8 oz - 4 c

How to make creamy coleslaw:

Dressing:2 Tbsp. heavy cream2 Tbsp. light mayonnaise1 Tbsp. vinegar1/2 Tbsp. sugar1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. whole celery seed1/2 tsp. ground black pepper Mix dressing ingredients well. Pour over cabbage and mix. Chill until cold (at least 1 hour).
