Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- water - 1 qt
- chopped celery
- chopped onions - 2 c
- frozen broccoli - 10 oz
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- frozen cauliflower - 10 oz
- Velveeta cheese, cut up - 1 lb
- Cheddar cheese optional, sliced - 2 oz
How to make cheese broccoli soup:
Boil all vegetables in 1 quart water for 30 minutes. Add Velveeta and soups; simmer until cheese melts. (Watch and stir often to prevent burning on the bottom of pan.) When all melted, add milk.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Soups & stews, Broccoli.
