  • milk - 2 C
  • water - 10 C
  • Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
  • chicken bouillon cubes - 8 item
  • frozen broccoli - 1 pkg
  • cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
  • frozen veg-all mix carrots, peas & green beans - 1 pkg
  • pkg frozen hash browns - 2 lb

How to make cheesy vegetable soup:

Combine bouillon cubes, water, vegetables and hash browns. Boil and then simmer 20 minutes. Add cream of chicken soup, milk and cheese. Stir over low heat until the cheese is melted.
