Cheese biscuits
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2/3 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- grated cheese - 6 Tbsp
How to make cheese biscuits:
Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Mix cheese in lightly. Add milk slowly, just enough to hold dough together. Roll out and cut biscuits. Bake at 450° for 12 to 15 minutes, until brown, on a greased cookie sheet.Note: For Drop Biscuits, add a little more milk to make a stiff batter. Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.
