Peach coffee cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- vanilla extract - 4 tsp
- flour - 4 c
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- baking powder - 4 tsp
- sticks melted butter - 4 item
- cans sliced peaches - 2 item
How to make peach coffee cake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix together butter, flour, baking powder, vanilla, eggs and 2 cups sugar. Pour 1/2 the batter into a large greased cake pan and spread evenly. Cover this with a mixture of the peaches, cinnamon and the remaining sugar. Pour the remaining batter over this. Bake for 50 minutes.
