Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- sour cream - 2 Tbsp
- flour
- Monterey Jack cheese, grated - 12 oz
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 6 8
- can green chilies - 1 item
How to make cheese bars:
Spray 7 x 11-inch pan with nonstick coating. Layer Monterey Jack, Cheddar and chilies. Combine eggs, flour and sour cream; pour over cheese and chilies. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
