Ingredients/Components
- c nuts - 1/2 item
- tsp garlic salt - 1/2 item
- 3 oz pkg cream cheese - 1 item
- dash red pepper - 1 item
- 8 oz pkg sharp cheddar cheese, chilled - 1 item
How to make cheese balls:
Grate chilled cheese. Mix well with other ingredients. Shape into small round balls or long rolls. Coat each in chili powder. Slice rolls and serve with chips.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Cheese.
