Maryland hot crab dip
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 Tbsp
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- prepared horseradish - 2 Tbsp
- softened cream cheese - 1 lb
- fresh lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- minced fresh dill - 2 Tbsp
- minced scallions - 1/4 c
- fresh backfin crabmeat - 1 lb
How to make maryland hot crab dip:
Beat together cream cheese, sour cream and horseradish until smooth. Add scallions, dill, paprika and lemon juice; stir well. Gently fold in crabmeat. Pour into buttered souffle dish and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbling. Serve at once with tostados.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Crab.
