Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 8
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- 5 oz - 1 2
- squirt Tabasco sauce - 1 item
- 4-6 green onions, chopped
How to make cheese ball:
Mix cream cheese, sauces, onions and small handful of chipped beef. Form into a ball and roll in remaining chipped beef. Chill. Serve with crackers of your choice.Can use a food processor and process the beef first. Remove most of the beef to a piece of foil, then chop the onions, add the softened cream cheese and sauces and process. Scrape the mixture from the processor bowl and place on the beef that you put on the foil. Form into a ball.
This is also wonderful spread on pieces of celery, if watching your intake of carbs!
