Ingredients/Components
- Feta cheese - 1/4 lb
- New Holland cheese - 1/4 lb
- American cheese - 1/4 lb
- cream cheese - 12 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- cayenne pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Tabasco sauce - 1 tsp
How to make cheese ball 2:
Grate all cheeses. Add all ingredients into mixing bowl and mix until all ingredients are completely blended. Place Saran Wrap in the bottom of a bowl and spoon in the cheese mix. Cover top of mixture with the edges of the Saran Wrap and refrigerate for several hours before serving.Note: Cheese ball will keep in refrigerator for 2 to 3 weeks.
