- salt
- chili powder - 1 1
- bay leaf - 1 item
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- dash of paprika - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- Tabasco sauce - 2 tsp
- cayenne pepper - 1/2 tsp
- can tomatoes - 1 lb
- large onion - 1 item
- cans red kidney beans - 2 lb
How to make chili:
Brown onion and beef in saucepan. Add beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, salt, bay leaf, paprika and cayenne pepper. Cover; let simmer for 1 1/2 hours on low heat.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, One Dish meal, Chili.
