  • grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • sausage - 1 lb
  • Bisquick - 2 c

How to make cheese and sausage balls:

Have all ingredients at room temperature. Combine ingredients and shape into one-inch balls. Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes. These can be frozen before baking. Makes about 100 balls.
