Cheddar-apple bread
Ingredients/Components
- all-purpose flour
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- sugar - 3/4 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- nutmeg or less - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 3/4 c
- margarine, melted - 1/3 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- chopped apples
- pecans - 3/4 c
How to make cheddar-apple bread:
Mix all dry items together. Add milk, margarine and eggs; mix again. Add apples and pecans. Pour into loaf pan and bake at 350° for approximately 70 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Apple.
