Cheddar-apple bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 3/4 c
- flour
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- oleo, melted - 1/3 c
- chopped, peeled apples
- sharp Cheddar cheese - 2 c
How to make cheddar-apple bread:
Combine dry ingredients. Add combined eggs, milk and oleo. Mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into well-greased and floured 9 x 5-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 65 to 70 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes.
