Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- sliced almonds - 1/3 c
- butter, melted - 1/4 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- paprika - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 2/3 c
How to make catfish parmesan:
Mix egg with milk. Wash and dry catfish fillets. Combine first 5 ingredients. Dip fillets in egg mixture, then in dry mixture. Arrange in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Drizzle with melted butter, then sprinkle with almonds. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until fish flakes. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Main dish, Catfish, Freshwater fish.
