Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/4 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 1/4 c
  • sliced almonds - 1/3 c
  • butter, melted - 1/4 c
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 2/3 c

How to make catfish parmesan:

Mix egg with milk. Wash and dry catfish fillets. Combine first 5 ingredients. Dip fillets in egg mixture, then in dry mixture. Arrange in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Drizzle with melted butter, then sprinkle with almonds. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until fish flakes. Serves 6.
