  • bread crumbs - 1 c
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • basil - 1/4 tsp
  • grated Parmesan - 3/4 c
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • parsley fresh or dried - 1/4 c
  • skinned, pan-dressed catfish - 6 item
