Ingredients/Components
- paprika - 1 tsp
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- basil - 1/4 tsp
- grated Parmesan - 3/4 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- parsley fresh or dried - 1/4 c
- skinned, pan-dressed catfish - 6 item
How to make catfish parmesan:
Combine all ingredients in a plastic bag. Salt and pepper fish. Rub fish with a little margarine and roll in dry ingredients mixture.
