Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- eggs, well beaten - 3 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- minced onion - 1/2 tsp
- diced, cooked carrots - 2 c
How to make carrot ring:
Combine ingredients. Pour into a buttered ring mold and bake in a 350° oven for 40 minutes. Unmold and fill with seasoned peas. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Carrots.
