- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- melted butter - 1/3 c
- dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- medium onion - 1 item
- celery salt - 1/4 tsp
- medium carrots - 12 item
- bread cubes - 3 c
- Velveeta cheese, melted - 1/2 lb
How to make carrot casserole:
Cook carrots in water until barely tender. Drain. Cook onion gently in 1/4 cup butter until lightly brown. Stir in flour, salt and mustard. Stir in milk until smooth. Add pepper, celery salt and cheese; stir until cheese is melted. Place carrots inRecipe categories: Carrots, Main dish, Casseroles.
