  • milk - 2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1/4 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • bread crumbs - 1 item
  • carrots - 12 item
  • celery salt - 1/4 tsp
  • dried onions - 2 Tbsp
  • sharp cheese slices - 1/2 lb

How to make carrot casserole:

Slice and cook carrots; drain. Make sauce from remaining ingredients except cheese and bread crumbs. In casserole dish, layer carrots and cheese slices, ending with carrots. Pour sauce over top and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
