Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- carrots - 12 item
- celery salt - 1/4 tsp
- dried onions - 2 Tbsp
- sharp cheese slices - 1/2 lb
How to make carrot casserole:
Slice and cook carrots; drain. Make sauce from remaining ingredients except cheese and bread crumbs. In casserole dish, layer carrots and cheese slices, ending with carrots.
