- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- bread crumbs - 3 c
- minced onion - 1 item
- celery salt - 1/4 tsp
- medium sliced carrots - 12 item
- packaged Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
How to make carrot casserole:
Cook carrots. In saucepan, cook onion in butter. Add flour, salt and mustard; blend. Then add milk, pepper and salt. In 2-quart casserole, arrange layers of carrots, cheese and bread crumbs.
