Baked macaroni and cheese
Ingredients/Components
- milk
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- Velveeta cheese - 1/2 lb
- butter, melted
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- bread crumbs - 1/3 c
- macaroni and cheese mix 7 oz - 1 pkg
How to make baked macaroni and cheese:
Cook macaroni and cheese mix as directed on box. Melt 2 tablespoons butter; blend in flour and stir in milk slowly. Add cheese; stir until melted (or put in microwave and melt). Add salt and pepper. Stir into macaroni. Pour into any casserole dish; combine melted butter and bread crumbs and sprinkle on top. Bake 20 minutes at 400°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Pasta, Elbow macaroni.
