- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- flour - 2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- oil - 2 c
- nuts optional - 1 c
- carrots, shredded - 2 c
- Add flour and eggs one at a time
How to make carrot cake:
Mix sugar, oil and cinnamon. Add flour and eggs (one at a time). After mixing well, add carrots. Pour into prepared pan and bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
