  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • pkg
  • milk - 2 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • confectioners sugar - 2 2
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • cake flour - 2 c
  • Wesson oil - 1/2 c
  • grated raw carrots - 3 c

How to make carrot cake:

Cream Cheese Frosting:1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese2 Tbsp. butter2 Tbsp. milk2 to 2 1/4 c. confectioners sugar1/2 tsp. vanilla Mix together the oil, sugar and eggs. Sift together dry ingredients; set aside. Add pecans and carrots to sugar mixture. Add dry ingredients. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
