Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 2 c
- coconut
- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
- vanilla instant pudding - 1 pkg
How to make yum-yum cake:
Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Add 1 1/3 cups of coconut after beating. Bake in a greased and floured 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan at 350° for about 20 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan; cool on rack. Place on a serving tray.Beat cream cheese to soften. Gradually blend in milk. Add pudding mix. Beat at low speed for 2 minutes. Spread evenly over cake. Spoon pineapple over pudding. Spread whipped topping over pineapple. Sprinkle with remaining coconut. Chill. Garnish, if desired.
