  • cinnamon - 3 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • oil
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 1/2
  • walnuts, chopped
  • box powdered sugar - 1 lb
  • Frosting:1/2 c
  • grated carrots 8 to 10 - 2 c

How to make carrot cake:

Mix ingredients and bake in greased and floured pan at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.Frosting:1/2 c. butter1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened2 tsp. vanilla1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar Mix together.
