- cinnamon - 3 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- oil
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- can crushed pineapple - 1 1/2
- walnuts, chopped
- box powdered sugar - 1 lb
- Frosting:1/2 c
- grated carrots 8 to 10 - 2 c
How to make carrot cake:
Mix ingredients and bake in greased and floured pan at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.Frosting:1/2 c. butter1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened2 tsp. vanilla1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar Mix together.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
