How to make carrot cake:

Icing:4 oz. cream cheese1 3/4 c. powdered sugar1 egg white1/2 tsp. vanilla Cream together cooking oil, eggs and sugar. Sift together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Add to creamed mixture and mix well. Add to the mixture carrots, nuts and crus
