Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- oil
- soda - 2 tsp
- flaked coconut - 1 c
- crushed pineapple - 1 c
- finely grated carrots - 2 c
How to make carrot cake:
Beat eggs, sugar and oil well. Add carrots, pineapple and coconut. Sift dry ingredients together and add with nuts and vanilla. Mix well. Bake in ungreased rectangular pan at 350° for 50 minutes.
