Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 3 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- Mix all ingredients
- finely grated carrots - 3 c
- chopped nuts or raisins - 1/2 c
How to make carrot cake:
