Carrot cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk - 3 Tbsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
• baking soda - 2 tsp
• vegetable oil - 1 c
• powdered sugar - 2 c
• Mix all ingredients
• finely grated carrots - 3 c
• chopped nuts or raisins - 1/2 c

How to make carrot cake:

Grease and flour pan. Mix all ingredients. Pour into pan and bake at 350° for 50 minutes. Frost cake.Frosting:1/2 stick butter1 tsp. vanilla2 c. powdered sugar3 Tbsp. milk
