  • grated carrots - 2 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • Add dry ingredients, which have been sifted together

How to make carrot cake:

Beat oil, eggs and sugar well in large bowl. Add dry ingredients, which have been sifted together. Beat. Add carrots, pineapple and nuts. Bake at 350° in round pans for 35 to 40 minutes. Makes 3 layers.Icing:1 stick margarine, softened1 box pow
