Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- oil
- soda
- grated carrots - 2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- Add dry ingredients, which have been sifted together
How to make carrot cake:
Beat oil, eggs and sugar well in large bowl. Add dry ingredients, which have been sifted together. Beat. Add carrots, pineapple and nuts. Bake at 350° in round pans for 35 to 40 minutes. Makes 3 layers.Icing:1 stick margarine, softened1 box powRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
