Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- oil - 1 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- nuts, chopped - 1/2 c
- shredded carrots - 3 c
How to make carrot cake:
Mix all ingredients together, then beat together 2 minutes. Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan, greased only on the bottom. Very good with cream cheese frosting.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
