  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
  • oil - 1 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • nuts, chopped - 1/2 c
  • shredded carrots - 3 c

How to make carrot cake:

Mix all ingredients together, then beat together 2 minutes. Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan, greased only on the bottom. Very good with cream cheese frosting.
