Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour
- coconut - 2/3 c
- oil - 2/3 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- baking soda
- chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
- jars strained carrots baby food - 2 1/4
How to make carrot cake:
Preheat oven to 350°. In a 9-inch square pan with whip, mix well the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Add carrots, oil, eggs and vanilla. Mix until blended. Stir in pineapple, coconut and walnuts. Bake 40 to 45 minutes. Double recipe for large cake pan.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
