- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- soda
- grated carrots - 3 c
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- ground cinnamon - 2 tsp
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- Wesson oil - 1 c
- Beat
How to make carrot cake:
Mix sugar and Wesson oil in bowl. Beat. Add flour and 1 egg at a time. Mix cinnamon and soda. Fold in carrots with a spoon.
