Caribbean fudge pie
Ingredients/Components
- margarine or butter softened - 1/4 c
- firmly packed brown sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 3 item
- instant coffee - 1 tsp
- rum extract - 1 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- Diamond walnuts, chopped - 1 c
How to make caribbean fudge pie:
Heat oven to 375°. Beat margarine and sugar in large bowl until fluffy. Add eggs. Beat well. Add chocolate, coffee and rum extract and mix well. Stir in flour and chopped walnuts.Pour into pastry shell. Bake in lower third of oven for 25 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
