- grated onion - 2 tsp
- diced celery - 3/4 c
- broken walnuts - 1 c
- chopped cabbage - 1 c
- horseradish - 1 Tbsp
- diced apples - 1 c
- lemon gelatin - 1 pkg
- cooked, diced beets - 2 c
- beet juice from cooking beets - 3/4 c
- few white grapes, quartered - 1 item
