Caramel popcorn
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 c
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- corn syrup - 1/2 c
- margarine - 1 c
How to make caramel popcorn:
Melt butter. Stir in sugar, corn syrup and salt. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Boil without stirring for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add soda and vanilla. Pour over popcorn and mix well. Bake at 250° for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Grains.
