- eggs - 4 item
- can mandarin oranges - 1 item
- box instant vanilla pudding - 1 item
- cup oil - 3/4 item
- large bowl Cool Whip - 1 item
- Duncan Hines yellow cake with butter - 1 item
- Frosting:1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
How to make mandarin orange cake:
Frosting:1 large can crushed pineapple, drained1 box instant vanilla pudding1 large bowl Cool Whip Beat cake mix, eggs, oil, and juice from oranges until thoroughly blended. Fold in oranges. Pour into 3 greased and floured cake pans. BAke at 350° until cake tests done. Let cool 10 minutes. Turn out onto wax paper. Let cool completely before frosting.Mix all frosting ingredients together. Frost cake. Keep refrigerated.
