Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- white Karo syrup - 1/2 c
- popped popcorn - 6 qt
- butter must be butter - 1/2 lb
How to make caramel corn:
Mix syrup, brown sugar and butter together and bring to a boil. Add baking soda and vanilla. Pour over popped corn and mix well. Put on a greased pan and bake at 200° for about 40 minutes. Store in tightly covered container until ready to eat.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, American.
