  • flour
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Crisco - 1/4 c
  • oatmeal
  • stick oleo - 1 item
  • vanilla caramels - 14 oz
  • few chopped nuts - 1 item
  • coarsely chopped, peeled tart apples

How to make caramel apple bars:

Add:1 3/4 c. flour1 1/2 c. oatmeal1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. baking powder4 1/2 c. coarsely chopped, peeled tart apples1 Tbsp. flour cinnamon few chopped nuts14 oz. vanilla caramels Mix apples with 1 tablespoon flour. Spread over mixture in pan.
